GREAT NEWS ! MODI'S BJP - INDIAN GOVT. IS PLANNING TO GIVE FIXED MONTHLY SALARY TO EVERY CITIZEN OF INDIA

After the successful launch of the various helpful products like, for example, the Aadhar Card, the Modi lead BJP Government is now planning to provide fixed basic fund in form of salary or so to every citizen of India every month. We can expect something about this in the coming Union Budget in February 2017. The Government believes that each and every big or small citizen of India should earn or must have basic fund for his basic living and basis needs. It is to be believed that initially the Government may launch this scheme for only poor people living under the poverty line, and by the time goes, the scheme will cover up the entire nation and each ad every citizen of India. This is claimed in some article of The Business Insider.

The scheme will be called 'UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME' that means that the State Government (under the Central Government) will provide some fixed amount to it's resident citizens every month, whether the particular citizen is employed or non employed, this scheme will provide this benefit to all and everyone. This will also work as like Social Security Net for the citizens and the society as a whole.

Guy Standing, a professor from the London University, has prepared this proposal to provide the basic income fund to everyone. He claimed it that a person from Modi Government, who is also holding prime position in the Government, informed him that Modi Government may offer or punch this law in Economic Survey or Union Budget this year.

The professor also said that this scheme is already started on 'trial and testing' basis in little units of Delhi and Indore as a Pilot Projects to see the effects and procedure as well. Under this test start, 500 RS were given to adults and 150 RS were given to childrens, and it is proved correct and the Government have witnessed good results out of that testing. These people tried to improve their income after this sort of help from the Government and to the surprise, they succeeded also in their efforts.

Guy Standing also believes and said that the Government is having very much enough funding to start this scheme very soon just because the Government has been doing research, planning and trying very seriously on this scheme launch since long for the benefits of Indian people. If the Government will launch this scheme on very big level on India front, than it will cost almost 3 to 4 % on GDP. 

Currently all subsidies are costing almost 4 to 5 % to GDP, and it would be required to finish subsidies and other like wise schemes and systems once Government will launch this basic income funding system, just because it is believed that subsidies and this basic income scheme can not be run at once.

May be, on initial level, Modi Government will start this basic income scheme by providing one month fixed amount to the basically poor class people for only one month, on testing the scheme basis. The one who do not have any source of income will benefit most out of this scheme. If this test will be proved successful than the Government may provide fixed income every month to the 20 billion needy people at once. After the successful launch of this scheme, day by day the Government will cover up the entire nation and each and every person of the county under this benefit.

The benefit of this beneficial scheme is that the Government will be able to control the corruption at very big level. Currently the Indian Government is giving various benefits to the Indian Citizens under the various related schemes, but due to high corruption ratio, these benefits are not reaching to the last users and people at large. So by this scheme, the Government will directly transfer the fund to the last and actual user (Indian Citizen) so to avoid the corruption and to make proper use of the scheme that is implemented for Indian Citizens.
